**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** + We are seeking a well-rounded Maintenance Technician with a strong mechanical and proficiency in electrical systems + This role involves working with a team of technicians to ensure the continuous operation of plant machinery through proactive and reactive maintenance tasks **Responsibilities** + Perform proactive preventive maintenance (PMs) and reactive maintenance on plant machinery + Update PMs in the computer system throughout the shiftt + Prioritize and address machine breakdowns immediately + Collaborate with other technicians to repair machines and maintain production + Handle both simple and complex repairs as part of a team + Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and replace pumps, motors, conveyors, and other mechanical components + Read blueprints and perform electrical troubleshooting and repairs up to 480V + Support the team in all maintenance tasks to ensure smooth operations **Essential Skills** + 3+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing manufacturing/production equipment + Experience with pumps, conveyors, preventive maintenance, quick tube disconnects for plumbing/pumps, gearboxes, gears, motors, welding, + plumbing/piping, drive shafts, sprockets, cams, chains, and oiling/greasing + 1+ year of experience in electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing manufacturing/production equipment + Ability to read blueprints and troubleshoot PLCs, track and trace electrical issues, and work with voltages up to 480V + Basic computer skills for reporting maintenance tasks + Positive attitude and a team player mindset **Shifts** + Openings on all shifts **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $27.50 - $35.00/hr.
