The Maintenance Technician’s responsibility is to perform routine maintenance on conveyor systems, peripheral supporting equipment and general building maintenance.

 

What you can expect:

Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:

\n\n

 

\n\n\n\tTroubleshoot, maintain, repair and replace to include motors, reducers, sensors and PLC’s to ensure proper operation.\n\tUse blueprints, schematics, and  wiring diagrams to aid in the maintenance process.\n\tUse hand,  power tools and electrical testing equipment to ensure proper operation of electrical and mechanical systems.\n\tProven commitment to safety (lock out/tag out)  using the established procedures.\n\tDemonstrate guidance  to  other technicians  .\n\tPerform preventive maintenance check and inspection of assigned equipment\n\tWork independently with minimum supervision.\n\tGeneral facility maintenance.\n\tPrioritize competing priorities and multiple tasks simultaneously\n\tMaintain inventory for spare parts.   \n\tAvailability for emergency overtime and willing to work any shift necessary to accommodate production scheduling. \n\n\n

 

 

Your profile:

Qualifications:

\n\n\n\tMust have at least  1-3  years in the production maintenance field with an emphasis in electrical certification, mechanical and pneumatic systems (preferred).\n\tKnowledge AC/DC theory (preferred)\n\tA certification from a credited institution or trade school : apprenticeship, associate  degree, etc   \n\tDemonstrate effective oral and written communication skills.\n\tAbility to follow written and verbal instructions\n\tAdditional qualities self-direction, tact, diplomacy, and good organizational skills. \n\tCapable of lifting up to 75 lbs.\n\tMust be dependable, reliable and punctual \n\tComfort with working at heights\n
