**Overview** **Position Summary Details** ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is looking for a Maintenance Technician to complete assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs. We are looking for someone who has working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, doors: interior and exterior, water heater, and painting. **Responsibilities** + Completes assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs requiring conveyor, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, instrumentation, and other equipment, systems or structures + Ensures repairs and maintenance to all equipment and facilities + Responds to spills and other emergency situations, performing tasks necessary + Assists in emergencies as needed **Qualifications:** + Must be 18 years of age or older + Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable), including ten-year work history if available. + A valid State Drivers License is required. + Basic knowledge of proper use of power tools, hand tools. + Recognize various hardware parts and methods of repair for related tasks. + Must posses organizational skills. + Must be able to perform unsupervised. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Customer Service Experience + 1 yr of similar work experience REQNUMBER: 88695 All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
