+ Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment such as motors, pneumatic tools, robots, conveyor systems, production machines and other equipment + Troubleshoot electrical systems including, but not limited to three-phase motors, start/stop circuits, AC/DC drives, running electrical conduit, and read electrical prints. + Perform equipment installation, PMs, and complete assigned projects. + Maintaining & supporting all equipment in JIT Production Environment and other areas as required. + Complete all tasks, work orders, & PM's as directed by supervisor in a safe & timely manner. + Make approved modifications to machinery and equipment to meet production needs. + Perform repairs, rebuild & trouble shoot equipment to ensure production efficiencies are met. + Daily record all line calls, work orders, PM's & work history electronically in Maintenance System. + Complete all required and applicable training required by Client. + Must continuously improve and develop skills/knowledge. + Complete all other tasks as requested by the Engineering Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor + Authority and responsibility to stop the production line should a safety or quality issue appear. + Maintain license to operate a Hilo, Scissor Lift and Articulating Lift Requirements + Mechanical, Technical & Electrical Expertise (preferred) + Ability to lift 30lbs. + High school diploma or equivalent, certification (Preferred) + Journeyman’s Card -OR - 3-5 yrs of experience of maintenance experience in a manufacturing plant. + Experience in industrial automotive preferred.
