**Job Title: 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician (Coldwater, OH)** **Job Description** As a Maintenance Technician, you will initially handle a mix of reactive and preventative maintenance tasks. Once new machinery is installed, your focus will primarily shift towards preventative maintenance. Your responsibilities will involve working extensively within control panels, rewiring motors, and handling various electrical issues related to the machinery. Training will be provided over a period of 4-6 weeks during the first shift. This role requires flexibility as you will be working the second shift either from 5 PM to 1 AM or 4 PM to Midnight, with some overtime as we transition our facility to a larger building. **Must Have Skills** + Industrial maintenance experience + Electrical up to 480V + 24V controls experience + Mechanical experience + Hydraulic and pneumatic experience **Work Environment** You will be working in a clean, climate-controlled, well-lit, and organized environment. The current equipment includes blown film machines, manual conveyors, bagging and wrapping machines, all running off 480V with lighter electrical components such as 24V controllers and switches.
