Job DescriptionMust have electrical experience working within manufacturing or industrial industries.Works from blueprints, schematics, and specifications. Troubleshoots dismantles, analyzes, determines defects, diagnoses trouble, and performs repairs to large production machines, such as plastic injection mold machines and automatic equipment. Replaces pumps, motors, relays, switch motors, etc. Installs and maintains machine safety devices and shields.Experience working with the following for troubleshooting and repairing: PLC’s, hydraulics, injection molding machine repairs, and Automated Assembly equipment.Installs, repairs, maintains and rebuilds various large complicated production machines, attachments, and auxiliary equipment.Facility Responsibilities-Working knowledge of plant supporting equipment and building systems. Electrical, water, sewer, storm drains, windows, doors/locks, roof, lighting and Fire Protection SystemEstablish working relationships with contractors as required.Maintain records and documentation related to safety, testing, reporting, and inspections.Good communication skills are a must. Both verbal and email. Must be able to positively communicate equipment challenges and/or improvements for equipment and facility to interested parties.Must have the knowledge to diagnose problems with the following HVAC systems. (Plant chillers, Plant tower, Boilers for heat, Office air conditioning, Make-up air units).MSDS/SDS-Must be able to read and understand the supplies used and take appropriate actions to protect yourself and others from potential hazards. Also understand what actions to take in case of spill or contamination.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Automated Assembly EquipmentInjection Molding Experience a plusMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs sometimes repetitively.10 plus years of hands-on maintenance experience.Experience with Mig/Tig, brazing, stick, spot welding plasma is a plus.
