The Job: Our Maintenance Technicians must be willing and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced, team environment.  Maintenance Technicians may work with any of the following:             

Electrical     Plumbing     Carpentry     Drywall     Painting     Appliances     Exterior structures     Swimming poolsGeneral MaintenanceCustomer Service          

The Details: Our Service Technicians should have:          

Own a set of basic tools for maintenance work.    Industry experienceTeam playerBilingualHVAC certificationCPO & EPA certificationsPrevious maintenance experience required.Must be able to work outside in varying weather conditions.Must be willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.Must be able to work on a team and collaborate with others.

Schedule: 5 days | 8 am - 5 pm.
