The Job: Our Maintenance Technicians must be willing and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced, team environment.  Maintenance Technicians may work with any of the following:             

Electrical     Plumbing     Carpentry     Drywall     Painting     AppliancesPools     Exterior structures     Swimming poolsGeneral MaintenanceCustomer Service          

The Details: Our Service Technicians should have:          

Basic tools for maintenance work.    Industry experienceTeam playerOn callEPA & HVAC certified preferred.Minimum 1-year multifamily maintenance experience required. Must be able to perform general/routine inspections and identify possible issues.Must be willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.Must be able to apply efficient and effective solutions (ex: do the hard work now so you don't have to later)Must be able to work on a team and collaborate with others.

Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday | 9:00 am - 6:00 pm.
