Responsibilities About Booth Manor: The Salvation Army Booth Manor is a 100 1-bedroom apartment complex facility that houses senior citizens 62 years and older. Booth Manor is located in the West Philadelphia section of Philadelphia. Booth Manor is a facility funded by the Department of Housing and Urban Development. Description of Position: The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the overall cleanliness and condition of the building and surrounding property. This will include a daily routine cleaning schedule of all common areas, trash removal, inspection of units / property, complete work orders, painting, preventative maintenance and care and upkeep. Qualifications Requirements: High school diploma or GED. Prior maintenance experience required. Must maintain a safe and sanitary workspace and follows all OSHA regulations. Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to communicate well with people.
