+ Maintaining & supporting all equipment in JIT Production Environment and other areas as required. + Complete all tasks, work orders, & PM's as directed by supervisor in a safe & timely manner. + Make approved modifications to machinery and equipment to meet production needs. + Perform repairs, rebuild & trouble shoot equipment to ensure production efficiencies are met. + Daily record all line calls, work orders, PM's & work history electronically in eMaintenance System. + Complete all required and applicable training required by client. + Must continuously improve and develop skills/knowledge. + Complete all other tasks as requested by the Engineering Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor + Authority and responsibility to stop the production line should a safety or quality issue appear. + Maintain license to operate a Hilo, Scissor Lift and Articulating Lift Requirements + Experience with Robotics and PLC are a priority. + Mechanical, Technical & Electrical Expertise (preferred) + Journeyman’s Card -OR - 3-5 yrs of experience of maintenance experience in a manufacturing plant. + Be an expert with using hand tools. + Strong experience with motors, chains and sprockets required. + Experience in industrial automotive preferred. + High school diploma or equivalent, certification (Preferred) Physical Requirements + Ability to lift 30lbs. + Ability to safely access vertical areas via stairs or ladder + Ability to safely climb and work on a ladder + Ability to safely work with Power Tools + Standing or walking 6-8 hours to assist production + Bending, Pushing, & Pulling As an equal opportunity employer, ICONMA provides an employment environment that supports and encourages the abilities of all persons without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or express, ethnicity, national origin, age, disability status, political affiliation, genetics, marital status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
