**Job Title:** Maintenance Technician **Location:** Newark, DE **Pay Rate:** $20-$34/hr based on years of experience **Shift:** Monday - Thursday 7AM - 5:30PM, mandatory OT on Fridays Join us in transforming energy management for business and communities. This role reports to the equipment maintenance supervisor and is fully on-site in Newark, DE. **Responsibilities:** + Troubleshoot and repair analog and electronic equipment in SOFC manufacturing + Perform machine installations and modifications + Execute and track preventative maintenance activities + Report equipment issues and suggest improvements + Ensure compliance with Lock-Out-Tag-Out (LOTO) procedures **Physical Requirements:** + Prolonged standing and repetitive tasks + Ability to lift up to 40 lbs + Manual dexterity and excellent hand-eye coordination + Compliance with PPE is required **Experience:** + High school diploma or GED required, technical certification preferred + 3+ years in manufacturing environment preferred + Proficiency with small hand tools and PC based testing equipment + Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Be a part of an innovative team dedicated to continuous improvement and employee growth!
