Volt is immediately hiring for a Maintenance Technician in Cerritos, CA. $30-35/hr.

\r\n\r\n

As a Maintenance Technician you will:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tRespond to and manage maintenance requests, including logging and scheduling.\r\n\tPerform preventive maintenance tasks like changing filters, oiling motors, and replacing lamps, while keeping accurate records.\r\n\tAssist in developing and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.\r\n\tMonitor and adjust climate control systems and other equipment.\r\n\tIdentify safety concerns and recommend corrective actions.\r\n\tSupport production with equipment setup, assembly, and testing.\r\n\tAssess and identify necessary repairs or upgrades for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other essential facilities.\r\n\r\n\r\n

This is a full time opportunity.

\r\n\r\n

The ideal candidate will have:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\t5+ years of facilities maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.\r\n\tHands-on experience with technical building systems like electrical switchgear, HVAC, and fire protection.\r\n\tExperience with CNC and machine shop equipment maintenance is a plus.\r\n\tKnowledge of OSHA Safety Regulations and Building Code Standards.\r\n\tAbility to read and review contractor drawings and schematics.\r\n\tStrong interpersonal skills for collaborating with site occupants, suppliers, and other personnel.\r\n\tBasic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word).\r\n\r\n\r\n

Pay Rate: $30-35 per hour
