Associa is hiring a full time general Maintenance Technician for its condominium community in Bethesda, MD. Ideal candidate will have residential maintenance experience to include electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.

Daily responsibilities:

\n\nPerform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that building systems operate efficiently andthat the physical condition of buildings do not deteriorate.\nPerform maintenance tasks such as carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical repairs toensure that the building is properly maintained.\nClean and repair building fixtures including lights, locks, windows, doors, screens, walls, floors,gutters and drains.\nOperate and perform routine maintenance and repairs on systems & equipment as needed.\nMaintain company issued vehicle (routine PM’s, oil changes etc.), if applicable.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\n Requirements\nHigh School Diploma or GED Required.\n3 -- 5 years of directly related or closely related experience.\nCustomer Service oriented, ability to work within a team and independently.\nExcellent communication skills (written and spoken).\nExcellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, interpret and completeverbal and/or written instructions at a proficient level.\nReliable, dependable, on time, punctual, proactive, and detailed oriented.\nValid driver's license and good driving record is required.\n\n
