**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** Under the direction of the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for efficiently performing all work orders and turnovers. Maintenance Techs should have a high level of trades experience and participate in the overall cleanliness, appearance, and quality of the property, as well as provide the maintenance necessary to maintain curb appeal and presentation of the community. **Hard Skills** + Prepares and performs all necessary repairs and replacements to apartments in the areas of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry for all systems, equipment, appliances, and components. + Responds to all service requests, apartment turnovers, and on-call emergencies in a timely and professional manner. + Reports to immediate supervisor any problems and/or issues relating to safety or management of the property. + Available for weekend work, on-call rotation, and emergency service call duties. **Job Type** This is a permanent position. **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. **Work Environment** The property has 324 residential apartments of Affordable Housing on the Northside. The goal is to build on and grow individual and community capacity to navigate the demands of changing markets.
