Maintenance Technician

If you’re passionate about ensuring top-notch equipment performance and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! **What You’ll Do:** + **Operate & Maintain:** Ensure optimal performance of manufacturing equipment with routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting. + **Technical Support:** Dive into automated production equipment issues, diagnose faults, and repair components and control systems. + **Hands-On Repairs:** Execute electronic, electrical, and mechanical maintenance and repairs, and fabricate parts with precision tools. + **Safety First:** Maintain impeccable housekeeping standards and operate powered industrial trucks safely. + **Team Player:** Collaborate with team members, assist with equipment installations, and manage parts inventory. **What We’re Looking For:** + **Education & Experience:** At least 2 years in manufacturing or industrial maintenance. An Associate degree or equivalent experience is a bonus. + **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Skilled in troubleshooting, PLC programming, and using fabrication tools. Ability to read technical manuals and schematics. + **Maintenance & Safety:** Proven experience with preventive maintenance and adherence to safety protocols. + **Communication & Flexibility:** Strong communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime. **Physical Requirements:** + Capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting, standing, walking, and bending. + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. **Why Adecco?** At Adecco, we value diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
