Overview Are you a problem-solver with a passion for keeping things running smoothly? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Maintenance Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the functionality and safety of our hotel facilities. Essential Functions: Conducting routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC units Performing basic carpentry work and painting Responding promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff Keeping accurate maintenance records and reporting any issues to the maintenance manager. Preferred experience in hotel/resort maintenance. Mechanical aptitude for hotel equipment operation and repair. Proficient in using related tools (hand and electric). Basic English communication and math skills for job comprehension. Physical abilities: bending, stooping, kneeling, lifting up to 100 lbs, and pushing/pulling up to 200 lbs. Capable of climbing stairs/ladders (up to 30 feet) and working at heights. Ability to work alone with minimal supervision and exercise initiative. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
