**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** The primary focus of this position is to support the manufacturing operations team by maintaining all machines and equipment in the building to ensure departments are able to achieve plant production goals. **ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:** + Ensure all production equipment is maintained and in working order. + Perform reactive, predictive, and preventative maintenance within the facility, including lubrication, inspections, and repair of equipment. + Troubleshoot and repair machinery, electrical components, pneumatic equipment, and hydraulic equipment. + Fabricate equipment using arc and gas welding techniques as needed. + Observe mechanical and electrical devices in operation to locate causes of trouble. + Dismantle devices to gain access to and remove defective parts. + Adjust functional parts of devices and control instruments. + Repair or replace defective parts.
