Clearance: Able to obtain and maintain a secret clearance
ResponsibilitiesDuties include but are not limited to:
Perform basic UNIX and LINUX commands to control the operations of Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) processors and related hardware devicesSupport on staff U.S. Navy military maintenance personnelSupport tactical operations and maintenance at the Aegis Training and Readiness Center (ATRC) QualificationsEducation and requirements:
Candidate must have 5 years’ experience and knowledge of the Aegis Combat Weapons systemAll Aegis Combat Systems ratings will be considered. However, the disciplines that are preferred are in either an Aegis Display system, Aegis Computer and Peripheral systems, Aegis Computer Network Technician, SPY 1 radar, or Fire Control SystemCandidate must have knowledge of performing corrective and preventive actions on the Aegis Combat SystemCandidate must have a working knowledge of the various tactical interfaces required to support Aegis operationsCandidate must be able to work with other team mates supporting tactical operations and maintenance at the Aegis Training and Readiness Center (ATRC), Dahlgren VA.For information on Future Technologies Inc, including more information on employee benefits and our company culture, visit our website at www.ftechi.com
