As an Maintenance Technician, you will:
\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\tAlign, fit, and assemble component parts, using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, templates, and microscopes.\r\n\tAnalyze and record test results and prepare written testing documentation.\r\n\tInspect parts for surface defects.\r\n\tInstall electrical and electronic parts and hardware in housings or assemblies, using soldering equipment and hand tools.\r\n\tWelding (Hydraulic preferred) \r\n\tMultimeter experience\r\n\tTrouble shooting\r\n\tRead blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and technical orders to determine methods and sequences of assembly.\r\n\tRepair, rework, and calibrate hydraulic and pneumatic assemblies and systems to meet operational specifications and tolerances.\r\n\tTest performance of electromechanical assemblies, using test instruments such as oscilloscopes, electronic voltmeters, and bridges.\r\n\tExperience with pump and gear boxes\r\n\t120 Volt experience \r\n\tDevelop, test, and program machinery.\r\n\tOperate metalworking machines to fabricate housings, jigs, fittings, and fixtures.\r\n\r\n\r\n

This is a full-time opportunity: Seeking 2nd Shift 3:00pm to 11:00pm
\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
The ideal Maintenance Technician must have:
\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\tExperience in industrial manufacturing or more\r\n\tAbility to identify and analyze a situation and to make frequent technical decisions based on specifications, required\r\n\tFood manufacturing experience, preferred \r\n\tMultimeter experience\r\n\tRemoving and replacing machinery parts\r\n\tElectrical experience (120 Volt)\r\n\tWorking on pumps and gearboxes\r\n\r\n\r\n

Pay Rate: $27.00 to $32.00 per hour.
\r\n\r\n*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
