**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Pay/Shift** 28-35/hr Day shift M-Th 6a.m. to 4:30p.m. Then either 4am to 11a.m. or 6a.m. to 1p.m. on Friday. **Job Description** The Maintenance Technician maintains equipment according to the Preventive Maintenance program, diagnoses and repairs mechanical problems, and performs emergency and proactive repairs of buildings and grounds, production equipment, and machinery while minimizing downtime. Responsibilities include electrical and pneumatic system maintenance, diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues, replacing or repairing parts for mechanical, electric, hydraulic, and pneumatic components, and maintaining a clean and orderly work area while following safety procedures. Additional duties involve performing inspections, maintaining paperwork, assisting other work areas, operating forklifts and overhead cranes, complying with safety and environmental regulations, and reading and following Quality Work Instructions (QWI) for product assembly. **Hard Skills** + Electrical system maintenance + Pneumatic system maintenance + Mechanical problem diagnosis and repair + Knowledge of LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) + Knowledge of SDS (Safety Data Sheets) + Hydraulic system maintenance + Forklift operation + Overhead crane operation **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
