Volt is immediately hiring a Maintenance Technician in Corona, CA. $24.00 per hour.

\r\n\r\n

As a Maintenance Technician you will:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tReceives work direction from department manager or another designated leader.\r\n\tEquipment assembly and Facility projects (Equipment relocation, and modification) with general to limited supervision\r\n\tProvides preventative (scheduled) repair maintenance service with general to limited supervision based on manufacturer’s recommendation, equipment specifications or good manufacturing practices.\r\n\tProvides routine (unscheduled) maintenance service with general to limited supervision. Typically, such specialties could involve some of the following: plant or production/mechanical repair, HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), fabrication, Industrial electrical, and industrial plumbing.\r\n\tMay include, but not limited to dismantling or partly dismantling machines and performing repairs with general to limited supervision that mainly involve the use of hand tools; replacing broken or defective parts.\r\n\tClean-up area upon job completion\r\n\tPerforms other required duties as needed in addition to the essential duties and responsibilities described above.\r\n\r\n\r\n

This is a full-time opportunity.

Monday to Friday 2:00pm – 10:30pm

\r\n\r\n

The ideal candidate will have:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tAbility to stand for long periods of time and be able to bend and reach overhead and lift to 50lbs. \r\n\tAbility to read, understand and comply with local, state, or any other applicable codes.\r\n\tAbility to differentiate between routine, preventative, and emergency production maintenance.\r\n\tTraining in plumbing, fabrication, welding, mechanics, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, and industrial electrical system repair a plus\r\n\tBasic Knowledge of hand tools both their usage and safety\r\n\tA well-rounded knowledge of the practices, tools, equipment, methods, and materials used in maintenance.\r\n\tHigh School Diploma or Equivalent\r\n\tBasic Knowledge - Microsoft Office, a plus\r\n\r\n\r\n

Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour

\r\n\r\n

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
