**SUMMARY**
This role is responsible for general facilities maintenance such as completing routine PM’s, trouble shooting of various systems from paint, electrical, mechanical, and various assigned job orders directed by management. The maintenance technician will maintain and perform in a safe and respectful manner of the production facility equipment and processes.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Performs troubleshooting and repairs for equipment including but not limited to electrostatic coating equipment, blast booth, mechanical and electrical systems troubleshooting.
+ Performs routine safety inspection of shop equipment.
+ Working knowledge of OSHA compliance matters.
+ Willing to work overtime as required.
+ Involvement in developmental projects.
+ Must be able to effectively use electronic schematics, ladder diagrams, technical manuals, and test equipment to determine defective components and perform repairs.
+ Responsible for completing preventive maintenance procedures on various process equipment.
+ Must be able to work from ladders or aerial work platforms.
+ Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with safety procedures, rules, and proper 6S standards. Demonstrate best practices to follow all safe procedures in assembling and testing of all models/products in assigned job function.
**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**
+ High school degree or equivalent required.
+ 5+ years in a manufacturing environment setting
