**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Shifts:** 2nd Shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) and 3rd Shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) **Job Summary:** We are seeking skilled and reliable Maintenance Mechanics to join our team for the 2nd and 3rd shifts. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing machinery and equipment to ensure optimal production efficiency and safety. **Key Responsibilities:** + Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment. + Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues. + Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. + Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs. + Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth operations. + Adhere to safety protocols and company policies. + Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment. + Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly. **Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus. + Proven experience as a Maintenance Mechanic or similar role. + Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. + Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints. + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Flexibility to work 2nd and 3rd shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed. **Physical Requirements:** + Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs). + Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and working in confined spaces. + Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions. **Benefits:** + Competitive salary + Health, dental, and vision insurance + Retirement plan + Paid time off + Opportunities for professional development **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
