Maintenance Technician 

An experienced and established property management company is hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician to join their team! This position will handle a variety of tasks across multiple properties providing general maintenance and appliance care. 

Essential Job Responsibilities:

Respond to tenants' request for maintenance services, including but not limited to replacing air filters, installing new locks and troubleshooting various appliances Repair plumbing, electrical, and safety systems in tenants' units as required Complete work orders in a timely and accurate manner Maintain property logs and inventory of supplies and equipment Help clean units during turnover process Maintain maintenance department tools, equipment and facilities Keep team members, and others as appropriate, informed of all pertinent issues

Qualifications: At least 2 years of previous or similar experience  Valid DL & clean driving record. High School diploma or GED Ability to push, pull, lift 75-100libs, stopping, twisting, bending, squatting, kneeling, etc.
