**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with experience in HVAC systems and backup generators. You will be responsible for maintaining and completing minor repairs and preventative maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. This role requires knowledge of chillers, boilers, air handlers, VAV boxes, and motors. Additionally, you will perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance tasks, including carpentry, drywall, and painting. Feet, Office and Retail. Retail on the bottom floor, 11-floor building.
