Job Description One of Insight Global's clients is looking to hire for a Maintenance Technician at one of their residential communities in Raleigh, NC. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that the physical aspect of the community is up to standards - this includes keeping rental units in a ready condition, answering tenant work order requests, doing apartment inspections, conducting building walks on a daily basis, manage inventories for building supplies and troubleshooting any building equipment. This will be a fully onsite role, working a 8AM - 5PM shift Monday-Friday with weekend flexibility required.
