**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** + As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible, under direct supervision, for assisting in repairing and maintaining basic machinery and mechanical/electronic equipment such as engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines and equipment. + You will analyze and resolve mechanical issues, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve most problems. + You will manage inventory of maintenance supplies, contact vendors, ensure building security and maintenance, complete scheduled preventative maintenance (PM), assist with machinery and equipment installation. + Certify employees in forklift operations, maintain tools and tool storage area, manage scrap metal/wood disposal process, read and interpret blueprints and schematics, support continuous improvement, and support new product development at the maintenance level. **Hard Skills** + Knowledge of MP2 (Preventative Maintenance) Program + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics + Forklift operation certification + Mechanical and electronic equipment repair **Soft Skills** + Problem-solving + Attention to detail + Teamwork + Communication **Job Type** This is a permanent position. **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. **Work Environment** Under direct supervision, you will work in a dynamic environment that requires attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
