**Maintenance Mechanics** **Description:** The Maintenance Mechanic performs a variety of semi-skilled and/or skilled tasks in maintenance and repair of facilities equipment. Under the direction of the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Mechanic maintains the facility and equipment to a safe, high efficiency and quality level and contributes to the sites overall strategic direction. He/she conducts preventative maintenance on equipment and ensures the proper stock of parts. **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** • High school diploma or equivalent GED; technical school a plus • 3+ years of related field experience and complete knowledge of all duties listed above • Mechanical mindset with ability to think outside the box • Ability to diagnose problems and find solutions • Ability to work in a fast paced, cold temperature environment • Experience working on processing machinery in the foodservice industry a plus • Ability to read wiring diagrams and parts breakdowns a plus -Plumbing and or HVAC would be a PLUS -Familiar with 3 Phase Motor and 480V -Experience from Tech or Trade School is preferred (AUTO, FAB, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, etc.) **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
