Major Responsibilities \n\nCoordinate daily maintenance services with nursing services when performing routine assignments in resident living areas. \nAssist with all repairs, preventative maintenance, refurbishing projects, and furniture\/equipment moving. \nMaintain the facility ground. \nEnsure that the facility and its equipment are properly maintained for resident comfort and convenience. \nAssist with safety inspections, tests, and drills, as requested.\nProvide innovative, responsible healthcare with the creation and implementation of new ideas and concepts that continually improve systems and processes to achieve superior results. \n\n
Minimum Qualifications\n\nMust possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent. \nTwo (2) years' experience as a building trade helper, apprentice or equivalent preferred.\nYou must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.\n\n
