Job Description We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our thermal spray business unit. As an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by performing in-house repairs and maintenance on a variety of machining equipment. Your expertise in mechanical and electrical systems will be essential in diagnosing issues, performing preventative maintenance, and addressing any challenges that arise. We are looking for someone with a proactive and fearless approach to all aspects of maintenance. Key Responsibilities: · Perform routine and emergency maintenance on industrial machinery, including troubleshooting and repairs. · Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on production equipment. · Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure equipment operates at peak efficiency. · Collaborate with production teams to identify potential issues and develop solutions to prevent equipment failures. · Perform in-house repairs on a wide range of machinery and equipment. · Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints to troubleshoot and repair equipment. · Work with a variety of tools and equipment, including lathes, milling machines, CNC machines, thermal spray equipment and more. · Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment status. · Follow all safety protocols and ensure that work is performed in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. · Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment as needed.
