**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to equipment to ensure production uptime. Conduct boiler and refrigeration checks, as well as equipment overhauls and updates. Engage in electrical, welding, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair work. Complete all other duties as assigned. **Hard Skills** + Preventive Maintenance + Equipment Repair + Boiler and Refrigeration Checks + Electrical Troubleshooting + Welding + Pneumatics + Hydraulics **Job Type** This is a permanent position. **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Wells, Minnesota. **Work Environment** High noise, varied temperatures (warm to cold), slippery floors, moving equipment, and dust may be present. Wear appropriate PPE and other equipment as necessary or required. Working 5 on 4 off 3 on 2 off rotations. This puts the employee at 40 hours every week but every other week is 30 hours of straight time and 10 hours of OT. This allows for more time off. 2nd shift is 1PM-11:30PM.
