You will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on machinery and electrical systems, including 480V systems._** **Key Responsibilities:** + Perform routine maintenance and inspections on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal operation. + Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems, including 480V equipment. + Conduct preventive maintenance tasks according to established schedules and best practices. + Diagnose equipment failures and implement effective solutions in a timely manner. + Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status. + Collaborate with production staff to minimize downtime and optimize processes. + Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations while performing maintenance tasks. + Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment as needed. **Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred. + Minimum of (X) years of experience in maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment. + Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including 480V troubleshooting and repairs. + Proficiency in mechanical systems, including hydraulics and pneumatics. + Familiarity with PLCs and control systems is a plus. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. + Willingness to work flexible hours and on-call shifts as needed. **Why Join Us?** + **_We value our employees and strive to provide a supportive and collaborative work environment.
