Kerry, boasting over 45 facilities across North America, the Byesville, OH, USA plant is an integral part of our Beverage division, dedicated to processing and packaging fruit-based juice mixes, syrups, extracts, and other similar liquid ingredients. What You'll Do:
The Maintenance Technician hasresponsibility for maintaining the facility and industrial maintenance. This includes maintaining, repairing and rebuilding various production machines and equipment. You will perform the set up and use of tools and equipment before production use in order to ensure the optimum level of safety. Familiarity with a variety of the production floors concepts, practices and procedures will help you as you Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
The candidate added to our team will proficiently:
+ Provide general facility maintenance and repair.
+ Provide repairs and modifications to plant equipment.
+ Ability to research repair parts.
+ Responsible for reading, understanding and interpretation of blueprints, sketches and drawings.
+ Experience with calibrating, maintaining, repairing and troubleshooting instrumentation and equipment for laboratory and manufacturing plant to ensure conformance to establish calibration standards.
+ Experience with 3 phase and high voltage electrical systems.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
High School diploma or equivalency required; Associates degree in area of specialty or completion of a Technical School program preferred.
3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
+ Proficient in electrical, mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics Able to read and interpret schematics and drawings
+ Practiced in safe work habits
+ Team players with obvious enthusiasm, initiative, and pride in work well done
+ Self-starters dedicated to continual quality improvement
+ Basic computer skills with MS Excel, Word and Outlook Email.
