Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for projects located in Nellsville, WI.  This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $30-40/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:         

Establishes standards and policies for installation modification testing operating
procedures inspection and maintenance of equipment according to engineering
principles and safety regulationsPrograms troubleshoots and maintains PLCs programmable logic controllers and other
forms of industrial automationProvides technical support to other departments regarding process and/or equipment
changesInstalls wiring circuits switches controls and other electronic devices in accordance with
specificationsDiagnoses mechanical and electrical problems and makes necessary repairs in a timely
fashion to reduce downtime Identifies areas where operations can be improved and made more efficient Carries out solutions to repair or upgrade equipment for improved operations Initiates purchase orders for parts and machinesAssists Plant Manager in off-hours maintenance calls as needed Performs lock out/tag out procedures utilizes Personal Protective Equipment PPE and
adheres to Environmental Health and Safety EHS policies and guidelinesOther duties as assigned

 

Requirements Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints drawings and schematicsMust have full PPE and basic hand toolsStrong knowledge of electromechanical codes standards and safety practicesPhysical stamina to work in various positions for extended periodsAdvanced knowledge of pneumatic wiring and hydraulic systemsHigh School Diploma GED or equivalent education requiredTech Diploma or Associate Degree preferredElectrical safety ARC Flash trainingMinimum of 5+ years of professional electromechanical experience in the manufacturing industryAbility to perform occasional to frequent pushing pulling bending kneeling twisting
crawling and/or reaching over a full work shift Company Details
