**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and completing all preventive maintenance work orders and maintenance shutdowns. The role involves repairing compressors, pouch machines, and printing presses, as well as replacing motors, cylinders, switches, sensors, pushbuttons, and heater carts. The candidate will set up all production equipment and troubleshoot equipment systems. Collaboration with vendors and suppliers to assist service technicians and handle all orders is also required. **Hard Skills** + Motor repair + Switch and heat sensor repair + Compressor maintenance + Pouch machinery maintenance + Printing press maintenance **Soft Skills** + Problem-solving + Collaboration with vendors and suppliers + Ability to think on your feet **Work Environment** The work environment is clean, with occasional requirements to gown up in sterile packaging areas. The candidate will be the sole employee on the Maintenance team and will work closely with the Press Supervisor to troubleshoot and solve problems.
