**Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic** **Shift:** + 1st shift: 6:40am-3pm, + 2nd shift: 2:40pm-11pm. **JOB DUTIES:** · Will be troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical and pneumatic components and assemblymachinery. · Will be performing basic electrical repairs that could consist of adjusting switches, switch motors, PLCs, cylinders, heat inserters, bowl feeders, pin inserters, sonic welders, and more. · Will be doing light mechanical as well, if they are noticing a machine arm is not extending long enough to grip the product and pick up, they will adjust to ensure it can reach moving forward. · If they notice a cylinder is not making a switch, need to adjust the switch to ensure it will trigger the cylinder. · When they are not doing machine maintenance, they will be getting fixtures catalogued, documented and labeled and general cleanup/organization of their area and tools. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** · Attention to detail, organization, ability to follow directions. **Employee Value Proposition (EVP)** · Company provides a lot of room to grow · They take training, development and education very seriously. · They partner with a local state grant that reimburses for trainings and they consistently have trainings scheduled for employees to take advantage of. · Annual reviews and potential for increase in pay once perm, based on individual and company performance. · Historically the standard is a 3% increase, but highest could be up to 5% based on attendance, individual performance and ability to be a team player and help others. · Great company culture and great people.
