JOB DESCRIPTION

SPECIFIC DUTIES:              

1. Maintaining & supporting all equipment and other areas as required

2. Complete all tasks, work orders, PM's and assignments as directed by supervisor in a safe & timely manner

3. Perform repairs, rebuild & troubleshoot equipment to ensure production efficiencies are met

4. Familiar with and can troubleshoot hydraulic systems and pneumatic systems 5. Ability to troubleshoot and repair cylinders, control valves, regulators, pumps and other related equipment.

6. Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and run new circuits for building and process controls

7. Perform mold changes

8. Operate welding equipment to fabricate or make repairs

9. Install and repair hydraulic equipment

10. Keep maintenance area clean and free from safety hazards

11. May be a member of a hazardous response team

12. Ability to operate various hand tools and power tools as they relate to the maintenance functions

13. Complete all required and applicable training required by Adient

14. Must be willing to work overtime as needed (daily, weekly, shutdowns etc.) 15. Must continuously improve and develop skills/knowledge

16. Good problem-solving skills

17. Good communication skills (verbal, listening, and written)

18. Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs. repeatedly

19. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
