Aerotek is hiring qualified maintenance professionals for a major e-commerce distribution center that has been voted one of the top employers by Forbes over the last 3 years with over 1,200 facilities in U.S. This company provides formal training on high speed, automation, robotic equipment and a lot of potential for upward mobility. This is a full time position and the pay rate is $26.25 an hour with overtime. *Job Title: Maintenance Technician II *Pay Rate: up to $26.25 an hour *Locations: Plainfield, IN *Shift: Needs to be open to all shifts **DESCRIPTION:** The Tech II will be responsible for the following: • Install, inspect, repair, and maintain material handling equipment (Ex: conveyors) • Complete preventative maintenance routines, documentation, and procedures • Perform battery changes, and preventive maintenance on batteries • Enter downtime data in daily log, complete PM sheets • Electrical, knowledge of basics components • Troubleshoot and identify problems with equipment • Track and store the departments inventory, including spare parts **REQUIREMENTS:** **•** Tech IIs MUST HAVE at least 6 months experience performing maintenance on equipment within the last 2 years of their employment • Preferred Industries & Equipment: Candidate from Distribution, Logistics, Manufacturing, Industrial industries performing maintenance on complex systems and industrial equipment (running diagnostics, inspections, troubleshooting, repairing, creating work orders), specifically experience with conveyors If interested, please apply immediately as we are currently interviewing. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
