Key Responsibilities: + Tackle both electrical and mechanical troubleshooting of industrial equipment/machinery. + Install, maintain, and repair complex industrial machinery. + Collaborate seamlessly with maintenance and operations managers. + Troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480V and program PLCs. + Work with photo eyes, sensors, and switches. + Install, replace, and maintain VFDs. + Handle hydraulic/pneumatic system installations and repairs. + Interpret and work from blueprints and schematics. What We're Looking For: + Industrial Maintenance Schooling with the ability to read blueprints and schematics. + Strong mechanical skills (bearings, rollers, hydraulics) and electrical skills (3-phase/480V systems). + Experience with preventive maintenance and a solid 70/30 mechanical/electrical skill ratio. + Proficient in troubleshooting both electrical and mechanical systems. + Additional expertise in PLC troubleshooting and programming, plus welding and fabrication skills. Work Environment: + Operate in a manufacturing facility with a blend of new and old equipment, including conveyor systems and spray booths. + Opportunities for overtime as required, ensuring no two days are the same.
