**WEEKLY PAY!** **Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians for various shifts to join our team and help maintain the efficient operation of our distribution center equipment. We have openings for Master Technicians and General Technicians, each with specific shift times and responsibilities. **Responsibilities** + Perform assigned preventive maintenance tasks and minor mechanical repairs to material-handling and other Distribution Center (DC) equipment. + Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to maintain distribution machinery and equipment according to manufacturer’s recommendations. + Maintain efficient operation of material handling equipment by clearing jams and removing foreign materials. + Perform general building maintenance tasks such as lamp replacement, simple construction, wiring, repair of overhead doors, and plumbing. + Prioritize and coordinate work assignments for maintenance technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks. + Coach and train maintenance technicians on good maintenance practices and objectives. + Direct and perform preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance on high-tech automated equipment. **Essential Skills** + Maintenance mechanic expertise + Industrial electrical knowledge + Mechanical maintenance skills + Electrical repair capabilities + Experience with PLC controls and troubleshooting + Proficiency in mechanical, pneumatic, and preventive maintenance + Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints + Familiarity with conveyor systems, HVAC, and industrial maintenance **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Associate’s Degree in Industrial or Maintenance Technology OR at least 2 years of maintenance experience in a facilities, United States Armed Forces, distribution, and/or manufacturing environment. + Leadership or training experience + Knowledge of industrial electric systems **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a temp-controlled environment with less stress compared to other production settings.
