**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for setting up and changing over all blow mold machines, performing maintenance on blow mold machines and extrusion machines, and troubleshooting hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical issues. The technician will also troubleshoot switches, sensors, and pumps, and be responsible for up to 10 machines at once. **Responsibilities** + Set up all blow mold machines + Change over all blow mold machines + Perform maintenance on blow mold machines and extrusion machines + Troubleshoot hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical issues + Troubleshoot switches, sensors, and pumps + Responsible for up to 10 machines at once **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience + Experience with troubleshooting machines + Experience working on hydraulics and pneumatics + Experience with 3 phase motors, switches, sensors, and pumps **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Injection Mold or Blow Mold Experience is a plus + Experience with Kuka Robots + Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs + Experience with Husky Injection Mold + Experience with 3 Phase Motors + Knowledge of barrings or grinders + Understanding of AC/DC systems **Why Work Here?** Join a Fortune 500 company offering a stable job with great pay and a clean work environment. **Work Environment** The position is located inside a plant where all the plastic bottles for the client's products are made. The environment includes blow molding and extrusion machines, is temperature controlled, and FDA regulated.
