Starting wage: $32.34

Position Summary:

Services all types of complex equipment, machinery and integrated control systems consisting of combinations of electronic, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, steam, water, optical, welding, computer and mechanical components.

Major Responsibilities:

General machine repairTroubleshoot complex circuits, electrical and mechanical devicesKnowledge of electrical circuits, Mechanical DevicesAbility to trouble shoot electronic components, Motor drives, PLC and ladder logicKnowledge of Hydraulic DevicesPrior Machine tool Maintenance experience

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or GED2+ years of electrical and /or electronics experience2+ years of mechanical repair experience7+ years manufacturing experienceKnowledge of electrical circuitsKnowledge of wiring, torque and applied practicesAbility to read complex blueprints and scalesAbility to understand complex math functions including decimals and fractionsMust be able to read, write, speak fluent EnglishMust be willing and able to work any shift

Preferred:

2+ years of AC/DC motors, drives, PLC and Ladder experienceSelf-directed individualPrior machine tool maintenance experience
