**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** We are looking for a well-rounded Maintenance Technician with strong mechanical experience and electrical expertise. You will work alongside two other technicians to ensure the plant and machinery are operational. Your responsibilities will include proactive preventive maintenance (PMs) and reactive maintenance, with machine breakdowns taking priority. This role requires a collaborative team player who can handle both simple and complex repairs. **Responsibilities** + Perform proactive preventive maintenance (PMs) and reactive maintenance as needed. + Update PMs in the computer system throughout the shift. + Support machine breakdowns as a priority with the team. + Repair and maintain pumps, motors, conveyors, and other mechanical and electrical equipment. + Read blueprints and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues. + Collaborate with other Maintenance Technicians to ensure production runs smoothly. **Essential Skills** + 3+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing manufacturing/production equipment. + Experience with pumps, conveyors, preventive maintenance, plumbing, gears, motors, welding, and more. + 1+ year of experience in electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing manufacturing/production equipment. + Proficiency in reading blueprints and electrical troubleshooting up to 480V. + Basic computer skills for reporting maintenance activities. + Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Journeyman license/card (any) + Experience with blower systems + Experience with push bearings + Experience with Allen-Bradley systems + Boiler license/experience **Why Work Here?** Join a supportive and collaborative team where your contributions are valued. The plant is clean, organized, and brightly lit, with some dimmer areas. The facility is climate-controlled but can vary in temperature. The maintenance team consists of 10 employees, with a goal to grow to 11, working across different shifts. Uniforms, safety glasses, ear protection, and steel toe boots are provided. Candidates are expected to have their own basic maintenance tools.
