**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** This position is for a Maintenance Technician in a food manufacturing company where the position will support the facility and warehouse. The successful candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, be highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a culture of teamwork and collaboration. **Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot PLC control systems and electrical components up to 480 V 3 phase equipment. + Maintain and repair pumps, motors, conveyors, and production equipment including mixers, mills, chillers, blowers, and packaging equipment. + Perform preventative maintenance tasks including cleaning, lubrication, adjustments, visual inspections, minor repairs, and calibrations necessary to maintain equipment, machinery, instruments, testing equipment, wiring, and associated hardware at required specifications. + Read and interpret equipment manuals to perform required maintenance and service. + Diagnose problems, repair or replace parts, test and make adjustments as needed. + Work closely with process and packaging operators to eliminate downtime. + Create and complete Work Orders in the Computer Maintenance Monitoring System (CMMS). + Assist in maintaining accurate parts inventory and organization. + Fabricate parts as needed. **Essential Skills** + 5 or more years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment with strengths in industrial electrical. + Personal tools and a multimeter. + Experience reading technical drawings and schematics. + Knowledge and practical application experience in electrical/electronics, PLCs, A/C, and D/C motors, drives, and controls. + Knowledge of the National Electric Code.
