**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician responsible for scheduled maintenance and addressing breakdowns of production equipment. The role includes assisting with the setup and changeover of production lines, fabricating necessary machine parts, and potentially assembling machines. The ideal candidate will be skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints. **Responsibilities** + Perform scheduled maintenance and address breakdowns of production equipment. + Assist with the setup and changeover of production lines as needed. + Fabricate necessary machine parts. + Assemble machines when required. + Read and interpret blueprints accurately. **Essential Skills** + 5-7 years of mechanical and electrical experience (60/40 mechanical). + Experience with metals. + Proficiency in fabrication. + Knowledge of electrical troubleshooting. + Understanding of mechanical maintenance and repair. + Experience with pneumatics and hydraulics. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. + Skills in welding and industrial maintenance. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + PLC troubleshooting experience. + Experience with plastics, specifically cold forming. + Welding experience. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that offers a newly renovated facility, monthly employee appreciation days during the summer, and a variety of benefits including tuition reimbursement, 401K matching, holiday bonuses, and more. Enjoy a supportive work environment that values growth from within. **Work Environment** The Maintenance Technician will work either on the first shift (5:00 AM - 2:30 PM) or the second shift (2:15 PM - 11:30 PM) from Monday through Friday. The facility includes conveyors, screw machines, presses, and cold forming equipment.
