The Terraces at Bonita Springs is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Maintenance Technician position. Our beautiful, gated community is located in Bonita Springs, FL.

 

Job Type: Full-Time

 

In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining physical structures of commercial and/or residential buildings, as well as completing assigned work orders by applying general knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Supports the preventative maintenance schedule.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent2-4 years of technical experience in maintenanceGeneral mechanical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry and/or painting, as well as HVAC and/or grounds maintenanceMust possess and maintain a valid driver’s licenseMust be available to work weekends, and must be on-call certain days
