**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** Weekly Pay $30-35/hr **Job Description** Diagnose, analyze, and investigate malfunction of plant packaging and bottling equipment and repair/adjust to keep them in good operating condition. The plant equipment includes hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and automated PLC equipment such as conveyors, palletizers, depalletizers, bottlers, and cappers. Troubleshoot equipment and make necessary repairs/adjustments for maximum operating efficiency. Replace/repair motors, gearboxes, drive units, and all other packaging equipment components as required. Monitor equipment performance and report any inefficiencies caused by equipment or materials used. Perform packaging equipment changeovers for different size containers or components. Maintain assigned records or downtime logs of equipment malfunction or component parts used by repair. Comply with good manufacturing practices, safety, and audit standards. Work independently under limited supervision.
