**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
Wanted to build a maintenance team in the DFW area. Diagnose, repair, install, and perform preventive maintenance of multi-axis CNC equipment at customer sites throughout North America.
**Responsibilities**
+ Diagnose, repair, install, and perform preventive maintenance of multi-axis CNC equipment at customer sites throughout North America.
+ Perform machine and software upgrades.
+ Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of the equipment.
+ Properly handle 480VAC and conform to related safety procedures.
+ Interpret mechanical layout drawings, electrical schematics, and bills of materials.
+ Complete required paperwork on time (e.g., service reports, discrepancy reports, expense reports, etc.) on a timely basis.
+ Achieve/maintain Customer Survey Satisfaction rating as established by the Service Manager.
+ Provide technical telephone support, as required.
+ Conduct final product testing in-house, as required.
+ Conform to OSHA’s safety guidelines and follow proper lockout/tagout procedures.

+ Experience with Plasma, Laser, and Oxyfuel cutting processes
+ Experience with multi-axis CNC machines
+ Experience with CAD/CAM software
+ Familiarity with power and construction tools, such as hammer drills, impact guns, and cordless drills
+ Strong oral communication skills
+ Strong customer service skills, with a 'customer first' mindset
+ Self-motivated and ability to work independently

**Work Environment**
100% travel required. Will be going to different customer sites weekly to work on machines.
