**Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician responsible for the preventative and corrective maintenance of distribution center equipment. You will troubleshoot and repair broken equipment, perform electrical testing, and train operators on equipment maintenance. **Responsibilities** + Perform preventative and corrective maintenance of distribution center equipment. + Troubleshoot broken equipment and make corrective repairs. + Change belts, motors, gears, and bearings. + Conduct electrical testing and troubleshooting. + Repair or replace controllers. + Train operators on identifying potential equipment failures. **Essential Skills** + Knowledge of basic hand tools and their usage. + Experience in maintenance on conveyor systems. + Ability to change motors, bearings, and belts. + Experience with Dematic brand equipment. + Electrical troubleshooting and repair using multi-meter (AC/DC) voltages. + Experience with controls or PLCs. + Leadership experience. + Forklift maintenance. + Dock Door/Dock Plate maintenance. + Sweeper Scrubber maintenance. + CMMS experience. **Why Work Here?** As a full-time employee, you are eligible for quarterly incentive bonuses averaging around $600 per quarter. Enjoy shift differentials with additional pay ranging from $0.35/hr to $1.70/hr depending on the shift.
