**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
The maintenance technician will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of mechanical and electrical systems within our facility. This role requires a combination of troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance skills to keep our operations running efficiently. The technician will handle a variety of tasks, with a focus on both mechanical and electrical aspects.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform 60% mechanical and 40% electrical maintenance tasks
+ Replace and troubleshoot motors
+ Replace and troubleshoot hydraulics and coolant pumps
+ Perform light MIG and TIG welding on carbon steel
+ Troubleshoot electrical systems up to 220v
+ Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
+ Drive company CDL truck to deliver parts to customers when needed
**Essential Skills**
+ 3 years of industrial maintenance experience
+ High school diploma or GED
+ MIG/TIG welding experience
+ Experience with hydraulics and pumps
+ Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems up to 220v
+ Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics
+ Knowledge of lock out tag out procedures
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Possession of a CDL license is a plus

**Work Environment**
This is a non-climate controlled shop, operating on a 1st shift schedule from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Thursday, with potential work on Fridays for large projects. We specialize in manufacturing hydraulics, with a significant portion of our work involving government contracts through the navy.
